First off, I would like to welcome everyone! My website Universal Healing Systems has been Online since 1998 and has generated numerous emails with various questions concerning personal development and spirituality throughout the years. Due to the nature of some of the questions, this blog has been created for those that may want to get more involved. Topics will grow as this blog grows.

Rather than take up space here with some information about myself, I will only say that my life has been committed to my own personal development, growth and healing, which for the past 21 years has also included helping others with their journey. If you would like to know a bit more about me and my work then I invite you to visit the website. Additionally, my articles have been moved on over to this blog but there are a few shamanic articles written by friends with links to their websites that some of you may want to check out.

And last but not least, Questions and Answers has been created for questions concerning any topic not yet on this blog or to make requests for a specific topic, which will probably inspire me to write more. Additionally and for those that may not be aware, if you post a comment and have a website that you want folks to visit then add the address in the appropriate area on the comment form so that your name shows up as a link to your website.
